As of the end of the year the Shanghai Exchange has seen 2,596 tonnes in withdrawals of gold bullion.
Total deliveries since its inception in 2009 are 10,510 tonnes.
"Go now, write it on a tablet for them,
inscribe it on a scroll,
so that in the days to come
