Stocks turned around their early losses and managed to post a decent rally into the close.

This is all going to end in tears.   Like most of the deceptions of madness.

Gold and silver were smacked lower, silver with some particular vigor, as a 'coda' to the recent futures option expiration on the Comex.   

These fellows are not particularly clever or adept.  

The Dollar bounced back a bit.

The US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is reportedly calling for a new 'Bretton Woods 2.0' agreement.

I think the BRICs will be an interesting nut to crack on that one, Scott.

But I am sure the imperial dependencies can be counted on to fall into line.

We are urged to say nothing untoward about our betters, the Übermensch, who find it their duty to enable and commit cruelty and murder en masse. 

We are further not in any way to make those of refined sensibilities who give themselves over to the beast, to the lust for blood, feel in any way uncomfortable.

Some days I just do not have the words, and so I will say only this. God is not mocked, and what a man sows, so shall he reap.  

Slowly perhaps, but inevitability.

Stocks rallied again today, no doubt proving somehow that the mad King's tariff strategy is finding approval in the world, or at least in the part of it that counts.

Gold rebounded nicely after yesterday's smackdown.  Silver struggled a bit, as it was an option expiration day for them on the Comex.  But they recovered from it rather nicely by the close. 

Let's see if there is any follow up shenanigans tomorrow.

VIX fell, being suitably anesthetized by the powers of the exchange stabilizers.

People hear things of importance, the true words of life, but vain and petty distractions crowd them from our minds.  And so we fall into a selective obedience to the Word that suits us.   The only way to protect ourselves is to keep the love of neighbor as yourself, as God loves them, in your hearts.  But pride is the poison of our souls, and a powerful temptation.

Donny and His Merry Banksters managed to trigger another major relief rally today, using false hopes, rumors, and innuendos to provide more opportunities for the bubble transfer of wealth.

And of course the rally flopped into the close, being constructed of vapors.

Gold was slammed in a major way, as the Dollar bounced.

Silver on the other hand had a remarkable rally.

Did I mention that there is a Comex option expiration tomorrow for the precious metals, in a contract month that is more important for silver than gold?

VIX declined a bit.

Things are unraveling slowly but in a steady, seemingly inexorable way.   

Nothing good will come of this, the persecution of truth and the willful murder of innocence, an abomination that makes desolation, that causes the hearts of many to grow cold and fall away.

May God have mercy on us.

It was rally day for risk assets as the markets were cheered by 'progress' on tariff talks.

Uh huh.

The Dollar rallied back up a bit.

Gold and silver rose strongly overnight, but were smacked lower in the NY-London trading sessions.

There will be a precious metals futures option expiration on the Comex this Thursday the 24th.

VIX declined a bit.

Tesla announced two big misses after the bell.  The wiseguys are trying to defend it after hours.      

Economic news was a bit thin today.  

More coming out tomorrow.

The erosion of constitutional protections continues under assault.   

Profiles in moral cowardice, and going along to get along.

Decency and morality get shelved for the sake of power and money, brazenly and without shame.

The behaviour of our government could not make this more clear. It's a trend in the West.
